Conduct user research around main industries where the knowledge base will be use. Highlighted industries process standards (Entity relationship diagram) and their use of entities (knowledge items). Analysed potential benefits for corporation to use a knowledge base system with ideation of potential features.

Research and expose the founding to key managers. Analysing existing research and liaising with postdoc internal researcher.
