Description Conduct user research around main industries where the knowledge base will be use. Highlighted industries process standards (Entity relationship diagram) and their use of entities (knowledge items). Analysed potential benefits for corporation to use a knowledge base system with ideation of potential features.
Role(s) Played Research and expose the founding to key managers. Analysing existing research and liaising with postdoc internal researcher. Activities porformed Presenting the research founding to stakeholders. Participating to user and ideation workshop.
