Description Simplify, optimise the experience of the panellists, that will be supported by the new CMS. Uniform the experience across all MySurvey portals.
Role(s) Played Ideation and research for the new product. Outline a new concept with proposal on how best to approach the project. Mentoring junior designers and agreeing their progression plan. Monitoring the team performance and establishing the annual team vision. Activities porformed Organise panellist's user and participatory design groups. Manage low and high-fidelity wireframes throughout the project covering all pages and user flows. Deliver a clickable prototype and present interaction to stockholders. Producing the UX Roadmap and monitoring the project's progress.
