Role(s) Played Explained founding to stakeholder, initiated a discussion around the discrepancy between the users and business requirements. Pitch for a bigger user consideration and the adoption of “contingency plan”. Activities porformed Diagram to illustrate idea. Brain storming around possible solutions.
